Tilting Adaptor

For MHW-3, the same direction drive as the electrodes.

The MHW-A tilting adaptor is used to tilt the fine movement unit. Fixed between coarse and fine manipulators of the MHW-3, it enables operation with the same directional drive as the microelectrode.
