Micromanipulator

Compact size featuring quasi three-dimensional operation by attaching a pivot and tilt mechanism.

This compact three-dimensional coarse manipulator is for use on the microscope stage, and reflects the design team's determination to minimize the unit's size. A pivot/tilt mechanism is employed on the one-axis coarse manipulator, enabling quasi three-dimensional drive. Attachment is done by using a ø4mm bar.
