MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Products formally known as Group 2 are now known as Made-To-Order Products, and certain conditions apply.
- Products categorized as Made-To-Order are those used in specialized application and require longer lead times.
- Made-To-Order Products are non-refundable.
- When accepting orders for Made-To-Order Products, Narishige will make available to you the information required to understand the full import if the conditions that these products entail.
- Made-To-Order Products are manufactured in Japan, but inquires can be sent to any Narishige office.
